Buying a home, especially your first home is one of those "big life decisions". With our many years of experience we can help provide some answers to questions you may have about buying a home.

Our job is to help you walk carefully through the steps involved in home buying. We'd like to meet with you in person but if this is not possible let's talk on the phone. We'll go through some of the preliminary things that set the groundwork for this important decision.

Is the Agassiz/Harrison area right for you?

Finances - have you pre-qualified yourself? You can do this by meeting with someone in the bank or credit union where you normally deal . We can also put you in touch with lendors or mortgage brokers that we feel confident with.

Once we are clear that this area will be right for you and your finances are in place we'll get down to finding the right place for you.

We'll drive by many places, both ones that are listed for sale and ones that have recently sold. By doing this you will get an idea of what is available and what houses in the area are selling for. We'll show you as many homes as possible to ensure that you have considered all the options before you buy.

When working with us you'll soon see that we'll be showing you listing from other companies not just our own personal listings. We believe in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) system and want you to buy the house that is right for you.
