Plus, your property will be included in any printed MLS books. We advertise every week in "The Real Estate Weekly" which is distributed throughout the lower mainland of BC. We also advertise in other newspapers and publications.
Our website is current and generates numerous leads from buyers. We e-mail out MLS Detail Sheets containing information on your property to many buyers who have accessed us through mls.ca, remax.ca and allanroth.ca.
As our office is right in Agassiz we have buyers who stop by for information on the area and properties for sale. We are able to have these folks in our office and personally give them information on properties for sale.
We respond to all inquiries from buyers and realtors and will show your home to prospective buyers. We will go over all Contracts of Purchase and Sale with you and assist in negotiating favorable terms and conditions with a buyer. Our office will send your contract and conveyancing details to your lawyer or notary and we will assist in the completion and possession process.
